Fallon is a distinguished Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the Hospitality Industry. She holds a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Interior Design and is currently an A.S.I.D Allied Member. Her Passion for continued education and design, has led her to learning the new aspect of commercial interiors here at ROI. When it comes to her projects, she makes it a point to have daily communication to ensure flawless and on time projects, as well as create a lasting professional relationship. Outside of work she can be found on the sidelines of her children’s events, spending time with family, enjoying live music, and travelling.
I enjoy time with family including my wife and 12 year old son. We like to spend our time volunteering in our community, boating, paintball, and traveling.
Fernando started at ROI working on the Weeke and the KOMO CNC machines for three years. He developed an interest in Programming and took an AutoCad training program which led to shadowing the Programmers. Now a full-time Programmer himself, Fernando enjoys the challenge of making manufacturing more efficient and with working alongside his friends in production. He appreciates the opportunities ROI has given him to learn and grow.
Colleen will be your main point of contact. She graduated from Illinois State University earning a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Interior Design. She began her career in corporate office design and then made the leap into heath care design and project management. As the creative director at ROI and Vertical Interior Design, Colleen uses her variety of design experience to guide clients in attaining an inspiring environment. Colleen’s design philosophy is to use design to connect people to their environment. When we have connections to the environment we work in, we have greater job satisfaction which leads to better productivity.
Loren Zuckweiler began in the Commercial Flooring Industry in 1996. With almost 20 years of extensive experience, she continues to challenge herself to stay ahead of current industry trends to further assist our customers to achieve the complete workspace project.
Gracie Rieke serves as entertainer, stress-reliever, and official greeter at ROI. It’s true, she has her favorites (she has a custom built-in bed in Accounting), but she is loved by all. She has homes in Sleepy Hollow and Barrington Hills, and at one time summered on a rather nice boat. Gracie has life figured out and she brings joy to many!
Graduate of Northern Illinois University, Renee comes to Rieke with over 15 years of experience in the field of Accounting. Renee believes you can work hard and still have fun while doing it! She is also a strong proponent of continuous improvement. If there is a better way to do something, Renee will try to find it.
Margaret is engaged in the pursuit of lifelong learning. If some of the facts she has learned in her journey can be used to rule at Trivia Crack, even better. When not at ROI or answering obscure questions, Margaret can probably be found at the gym, her garden or the nearest library.
Laura graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Risk Management. After beginning her career at ROI in Order Entry, she is now the Assistant to our President. Outside of work, you will see her goofing off with her 2 children Gavin and Anna, building something with her husband Scott, exploring in her home-away-from home in Wisconsin, or sewing.

As Senior Vice President at Rieke Office Interiors, Colleen is responsible for managing the design, flooring, programming, project management, IT & marketing teams. Colleen has over 20 years of experience in the design and construction industry. Prior to her current role at ROI, Colleen launched the Vertical Interior Design Division in 2014 as Creative Director. This division has given ROI a full spectrum of services to provide a Turnkey solution to our clients. Colleen has a passion for design and construction and is devoted to creativity and innovation in all aspects of her job. Collaboration has been a key factor in Colleen’s success in business.
Libby Rieke is the heart and soul of ROI. She’s our cheerleader, our den mother, our Santa Claus…. She makes a profound difference in the culture of our company, having only the best interests of each and every one of us at heart. Libby is one of the big reasons that shopping and working at ROI is so very special.
Jenna graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture. She joined Rieke Office Interiors’ team in 2013. Since that time she has developed skills in corporate interior design, effective space planning, and successful management of projects. It is her attention to detail that allows her to continuously provide efficient spaces that address the project objectives and reflect their corporate image.

Lisa Basham has been with ROI for seven years. She started in new business development, and then moved on to project management, and, ultimately, account management. Lisa helps her clients achieve Inspired Workspaces by listening to their needs and understanding their vision for their home away from home.

Lauren has been managing design projects since 2006 and joined the Rieke Office Interiors team in 2013. She earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Interior Design from Southern Illinois University in 2004. As a project manager, Lauren coordinates project details and logistics with her clients, building managers, and general contractors to complete projects accurately and on schedule.
As a programmer, James creates and designs custom products using the design Teams idea as a template. It is his responsibility to ensure programs are accurate and efficient for production to cut and assemble in house. James communicates with sales, design, and production, along with other programmers to find the best solution for every scenario. James earned his Associates of Computer Drafting and Design from ITT-Technical Institute in 2005, and Bachelors in Game and Simulation Programming from Devry University in 2007.
From our design team to our in-house builders, our focus at Rieke is to find the most innovative way to create unique workspaces. Thanks to the many skills and wide variety of experience on our entire team, we are able to come together to solve the question, “how can we build your dream office?”
When not working, you will find Krista & her husband either on the field, or in the gym cheering on their favorite school athletes; son Rutger, and daughter Giana. Krista’s hobbies include working out, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, volunteering for local charity events, and spending time with her 4-legged child, Cupid the Rescue Dog!
Elvia Nunez has been with Rieke Office Interiors for a long time, almost 20 years. She helps in accounting with invoices, purchasing, and also does order entry. Elvia loves this company, and it’s a pleasure to come to work here every day. During her free time she loves to garden by staying in touch with nature, and is a huge animal lover.
Krista first worked for Rieke Office Interiors as an Account Manager in the late 90’s when ROI was still a young company. Since then, Krista moved downstate, got married, had 2 kids, and has called Bloomington, Illinois her home for the last 17 years. After returning to ROI’s 25th Anniversary party this past year, Krista missed the ROI culture and the people who she worked with all those years ago. (Several of whom still worked there!) Having said that, she signed onto become ROI’s Account Manager in charge of the Central, Illinois Division. Krista can’t wait to expose Bloomington/Normal & the surrounding communities to the beautiful products and custom work solutions that only Rieke Office Interiors can provide.
Whether it be boating or sitting on a beach; being by the water is where she is most relaxed and happy! Karen also loves spending time with her children and grandson.
Carol joined ROI in 1994 where she met customers at the door and showed them used furniture. Today, as the head of the HR Department, Carol’s focus is all about gathering the very best employees who understand the ROI mission and always have the clients’ best interest in mind. In her time away from the office, Carol plays with her grandchildren, supports the Barrington community, gardens, and volunteers at JourneyCare – hospice & palliative care.
Pop culture has picked up on Burham’s influence in history with the release of the book The Devil in the White City (2003) – where the story of Burnham’s role as the Director of Works for the 1893 World’s Columbian Exposition held in Chicago, runs parallel to that of the nation’s first serial killer H.H. Holmes.
So, what does this man have to do with us here at ROI/ VID? Well, Burnham’s beautiful contributions inspired our “Travelling Two-some” – Senior Interior Designers, Julie Hartman and Carey Roy, to take a trip to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in order to see first-hand his Union Station design.
She joined our ROI team as Senior Account Manager in 2014. Focused on both New Business Development and Account Management, Ellie works with her clients to understand their vision and goals for immediate and long term office environment needs. She takes pride in assuring that all clients have a personal experience working with ROI; working closely with our internal team members to strategize how we can create an inspired workspace to bring her client’s vision to life.
Since graduating from the University of Kansas, Danielle has had much success in her professional career and found her niche in helping to innovatively transform office spaces. Danielle strives to make every client’s experience at ROI a successful one by enthusiastically approaching each project with an understanding for their distinctive needs and making sure to manage them effectively.

As a senior account manager, Tim takes pride in identifying goals and objectives for each of his customers to ensure that information gets communicated and executed by his internal design team. He finds enjoyment seeing his customer’s business prosper by helping to create inspired workspaces with the help of our talented designers. Tim joined the Rieke Office Interiors team in 2000. His focus is in sales, new business development, account management and nurturing client relationships by always being their best advocate.
Education: BA Degree- Art & Design from North Central College
In his spare time he relaxes with his family and plays video games and soccer. When Miguel retires, he wants to be a soccer coach.
Julie works closely with both her account managers and clients to achieve an environment that meets project requirements and exceeds her client’s expectations. Through space planning, finish selections and product specifications, Julie will create a unique design that reflects your corporate culture and image.
Meaghan graduated with a Bachelor’s in Interior and Environmental Design from Illinois State University in 2014. After her graduation, she worked widely in residential design and furniture sales, but has since started her career in commercial design. As a part of the Rieke Office Interiors Team, Meaghan works closely with the other designers to develop the best possible space for the client, creating a functional and inspired space. Meaghan is a hardworking, dedicated designer who is determined to be the best advocate she could be for the clients of Rieke Office Interiors.

Rachel graduated from Illinois State University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Interior & Environmental Design, with a Minor in History. She found her love for design and creating spaces that many could enjoy at a young age growing up around her Fathers Architectural Firm. Since then she has developed her skills in Commercial Design and in the Corporate Retail Industry where visual merchandising, design and company branding was merged to create a unique experience, telling a story for customers to enjoy.
Whenever his schedule permits, he travels to his hometown of Toledo, Iowa to spend time with his family. His hope is to build a career in real estate while still being part of ROI, building a secure future for his family.
Jamie began her career in luxury residential design. During this time, Jamie worked under the direction of an architect who influenced her to develop strong technical skills in architectural details. Jamie’s attention to architectural details allows her to provide beautiful designs that make a huge impact on spaces. After 11 years in the residential industry, Jamie transitioned into commercial design. Utilizing her residential background, Jamie can bring a softer side to your office design. Workplaces often become our second home and she believes the workplace should be a fun and inviting environment where employees are proud and excited to work in each day. Jamie will help you manage your project from beginning to end starting with space planning, furniture and finish selections all the way through construction and project management. Her attention to details is evident from the first client introduction meeting to installation day, she will ensure your project runs smoothly and every detail is implemented. Jamie received her Bachelor of Science in Interior and Environmental Design from Illinois State University in 2005.
Karen Banke has been with ROI for almost 5-years this time around…she loved it so much the first time that coming back was one of the best decisions she has ever made. Karen handles the scheduling of all installations and communicates with the clients in order to provide them a date they’ll be happy with.
Nicole graduated with a Bachelor’s in Interior and Environmental Design from Illinois State University in 2012. Upon graduation she has worked in facilities management and commercial design. Now as a member of the Rieke Office Interiors Team, Nicole works closely with our account managers and clients to create unique and efficient spaces that meet the functionality and budget required for each project. Nicole believes in being her customer’s best advocate by creating innovative spaces based on the ever-changing trends within the workplace.
Lisa provides over 20 years of experience in the contract interiors industry. Her main objective is to become her client’s advocate in creating spaces that are functional and unique while meeting budgetary requirements. She provides exceptional knowledge in contract furniture solutions, innovative workplace designs and enthusiasm towards meeting project requirements and client expectations. Lisa received her Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University. She is also a member of International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and Workplace Evolutionaries (WE), Northern Illinois Chapter. In Lisa’s spare time, she continues to dance at her local dance studio and has performed in 7 local nutcracker productions. She has had feature roles including: The Queen of Heart in Alice in Wonderland, the queen in Sleeping Beauty and several others. There is no better joy than sharing the stage with her children.
Molly joined the Rieke team in 2011 and since then has found her passion within the adaption of corporate culture into office design. She is from St. Charles, Illinois, and was a graduate from Eckerd College of St. Petersburg, Florida.
The production team at Rieke are the craftsman behind our craftsmanship. Our team consists of experts in a field that requires commitment, focus and artisanship. With 9+ years experience at a miminum, each member that manufactures our final products are cross trained on every piece of machinery as well the installation process.
Being well versed in all aspects from start to finish allows for a better workflow and a commitment to continuously improving our processes both internally and for our clients.
As a senior account manager, Gini is your main point of contact. It is her role to ensure project objectives are identified and addressed. It is also her responsibility to manage your project throughout every phase. Gini will communicate your project objectives to her internal design team. By doing so, she will lead them to create inspiring and efficient space plans, furniture designs and product specifications. She monitors the manufacturing process and product packaging to ensure your product is delivered and installed on time and on budget.
Whether it is running around to her girls’ extracurricular activities, relaxing on lazy Sundays, or planning for their annual Disney vacation, Renee loves nothing more than spending time with her family.
Mike is the Vice Chair of the Board for the Food for Greater Elgin food pantry and Past President of the Rotary Club of Elgin. He is also involved with the Chicago Innovation Awards, Technology and Manufacturing Association, and Elgin Chamber of Commerce.
Mike Warren has an incredibly positive outlook on life and is passionate about his family, community service and helping companies grow their business. He helps companies understand how important their workspace is to attracting and retaining the best talent. Mike is inspired by others reaching their goals and uses that enthusiasm to be an effective Workplace Culture Consultant and outstanding baseball coach.
Miguel really enjoys working with systems that demand precision and that present him with challenges. He appreciates the atmosphere at ROI and likes working with smart people who are willing to help him learn.
Make No Little Plan: ROI believes as Burham famously subscribed – plans that do not stir man’s blood, will not be realized. That is why our niche has become our ability to custom create office innovations; leaving no idea un-examined.
City Beautiful – Office Beautiful Movement: The desire to balance classical traditions of design, with modern needs for form and function are at the root of ROI design and planning. Burnham may have coined the “City Beautiful” reform movement, but we take credit for the “Office Beautiful” aesthetic!
Samantha joined Rieke during the Spring of 2017. Her passion and love for interior design has already made her a great fit with the team. She enjoys spending time with her two puppies, Cooper & McClane, looking for design projects to do around her own home, or relax on a golf course. Her recent travels to Paris & London sparked a bigger interest in traveling abroad.
Hartman notes, “Today’s architecture just doesn’t have the same intricate details that older architecture had. That’s exactly why his buildings remain historic landmarks and we found Union Station so beautiful and amazing to visit.”
Gini joined the Rieke Office Interiors team in 1997. Her focus is in sales, new business development, marketing, sustaining client relationships, and account management. She takes pride in assuring that all of her clients have a personal experience working with her to create a perfectly tailored corporate environment.

Jorge Ramirez has been with Rieke Office Interiors since 2005 working at the warehouse pulling used furniture orders. He joined the used sales team in 2008, and ever since he proudly helps the walk-in customers and clients find the perfect furniture fit for their office space within a budget.
As President of Rieke Office Interiors, Melissa Dotson, CPA, has 17 years of experience with hands-on managing as well as unabashed devotion to our customers. She is the “go to” person, willing to help everyone. Melissa loves to play volleyball and win! She is very passionate about most everything.
Miguel began in our woodshop as a cabinet assembler. He learned to calculate and order materials for upcoming jobs, and then he became a machine operator (edge bander, CNC, laminator, Thermofoil, and ZUND). Most recently he was promoted to Programming. He thanks Miguel and Melissa in management for giving him the opportunity!
Alexis Cooper, New Business Development Sales, is a 3rd generation Office Industry veteran with a passion for her clients and designing transformative spaces. Alexis has a heart for being a helpful professional. Dedication to discovering and fully understanding clients’ needs is the foundation on which she builds and delivers a personalized office environment.

Todd Rieke is the engine of ROI. His vision, creativity, and energy keep us propelled forward. He is never satisfied with the status quo, always striving for new, innovative ways to improve our products, our manufacturing, and the way we think. He inspires us to be our best and do our best and does this by example. Todd is an expert on many interesting topics and has patented inventions. He has never been bored a day in his life!
Julie joined Rieke Office Interiors in 2004. Since that time she continues to educate herself on workplace trends to provide solutions that address not only the needs of today, but can help accommodate projected future needs of your business. Julie graduated from the Illinois Institute of Art in Schaumburg with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design.
Miguel Martinez has worked at ROI since he was a teenager and he is now Vice President of Operations. Miguel has an uncanny knowledge of people, business, and processes. He understands that the customer always comes first and makes sure that every person working in production and post production understands this concept.
As a Senior Account Manager, Molly is dedicated in her approach to provide exceptional customer service. Molly’s goal is to instill into each and every client’s business an office that not only meets all of the project requirements, but also creates an environment to reach unlimited success and inspiration. She accomplishes this by listening to the strengths and challenges they are experiencing within their current operations. After evaluating the client’s needs and vision, she identifies solutions to proactively transform their space into not only the office for today, but the office of tomorrow.
Carey joined the Rieke Office Interiors team in 2002. Since that time she has developed the expertise to ensure her designs are functional and efficient. She continues to educate herself on workplace trends to provide work spaces that will sustain the evolution of technology. Carey earned her Bachelors of Arts degree in Interior Design from Purdue University in 2001.
Jared has been in the construction industry since the age of 13. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Western Illinois University in 2004 and joined the ROI team in 2011 . As flooring manager, Jared coordinates all flooring project details from start to finish with his clients and general contractors to complete projects precisely and on schedule.
Lexie Banke joined Rieke in December of 2016. Her sense of humor, personality and love for helping people made her a great addition to the team. Lexie believes the job is great, the people are fantastic, and the atmosphere is one that makes you look forward to coming to work every day. During her free time, she likes to read, enjoy the scenery outdoors, or go to the gym. Her favorite thing to do is spend time with her nephew.
