We are proud to offer a range of single or two storey home designs to suit 10 metre frontage that may be narrow in width but still offer all of the living space you need. With some clever and innovative design our 10m wide floor plans have 3 or 4 bedroom options, with enough room for a study, theatre or activity and of course the all-important alfresco. When choosing to build on a 10m wide lot your first decision needs to be single storey or two storey. Both have their advantages, but when your lot size is limited, as is the case with a ten metre lot, then space is at a premium and it makes sense to build up to get that extra floor space. Next decision is the bedroom configuration. Do you need 3 bedrooms or 4? Would you like the bedrooms all upstairs or would you prefer the master bedroom to be on the ground floor? From there you should consider your must haves and nice to haves. Home theatre, study, activity room for the kids are all dependent on how you plan to live in your new home.
